Molly is 1 month old...

Molly is 1 month old now and weighs 9 lbs, 1 oz and is 20 1/2 inches.  She started smiling right before she turned 1 month, which is a great reward for us!  She is also an amazing night sleeper...she regularly goes a 6 hour stretch between feedings!  She's a sweet little thing, with super crazy hair...

Wyatt is 2!

Wyatt turned 2 on January 14th.  We celebrated his birthday with friends and sugar cookies.  Wyatt wasn't really sure what birthdays were before his friends came over, but after a morning of playing and eating treats, he decided that he loves birthdays!!

Wyatt got a play kitchen from us for his birthday.  Both Owen and Wyatt have been playing with it non-stop.  Wyatt loves to cook "Life and milk", "water juice" and pizza.

 We also celebrated with a pizza lunch, grandparents and cupcakes over the weekend.  It was pretty exciting for the celebration to continue into a second day:-)

Light Saber Extravaganza!!!!

Owen recently took this footage of himself staging a great light-saber battle.  He used his own camera, which was a Christmas present.  Get ready for a great fight with lots of "tricky moves" (as Owen says), dramatic faces, humming, and even a baby crying in the background!



Molly is 2 weeks old....

Molly turned 2 weeks old this week.  She weighs 8 lbs, 3 oz now (still littler than Owen was at birth!) and is 20 1/2 inches.  Our doctor said she has the neck strength of a 4 -6 week old baby....I knew our little girl was going to be exceptional!!  She's a cute little thing and is sleeping very well at night.  The boys really like her and are trying to learn not to swing swords and light sabers too close to her.  Owen wants to hold her all of the time...

Merry Christmas 2010!

Christmas was an exciting time for all of us this year. Not only did Miss Molly celebrate her very first Christmas (and her first full day at home), Santa really delivered and surprised the boys with dress-ups and sword-fighting supplies.

Welcome Molly Katherine!

Our newest little sweetie made her way into the world at 7:39pm on December 22, 2010. Molly Katherine Hobgood weighed 7 lbs, 9 oz and was 19 1/2 inches long. What a wonderful Christmas present! So far, she has been a really calm little girl, unless she's too tired or too hungry!
